Meadow in Golden Light

One of the greatest joys of this job is getting to photograph families year after year—to witness little ones grow. I absolutely love the chance to build that kind of connection and history through the lens. My very first session with this sweet family was a maternity shoot when K was expecting their eldest. It’s hard to believe how quickly time has passed since then! If you scroll back in the blog, you’ll find glimpses of their journey. The soft, dreamy light in this meadow gave us the perfect backdrop to freeze this season of life in time.

Fall Family Shoot

This sweet family introduced me to this gorgeous hidden meadow in Belmont a few years ago. The light, the texture of the tall grasses, the peaceful surroundings—it’s the kind of spot that feels like it was made for golden hour sessions. I’ve returned to this location for several photoshoots now, but it always feels extra special when I get to photograph the family who brought me there in the first place. Each fall, I’ve had the privilege of documenting this wonderful family. It’s been such a joy to watch the kids grow year after year. And somehow, their parents manage to look exactly the same as they did when we first met!

Headshots in the Brookline

T and I had originally planned to take her headshots in the rose garden, hoping to catch that soft golden light filtering through the blooms. But the garden closed before golden hour! Thankfully, the surrounding area turned out to be just as stunning. We wandered through nearby paths, open green spaces, and tucked-away corners that were glowing in the evening light. T was such a joy to photograph—natural, warm, and full of creative energy. We had so much fun exploring, laughing, and creating together. I love when a session feels more like a collaborative adventure than a checklist—and this one absolutely did.

B's Newborn Shoot

We squeezed in a quick but sweet newborn session for baby B! As the fourth boy in the family, B is joining a home already brimming with love, laughter, and a whole lot of boy energy. He was definately born into a lively, joyful crew.During the shoot, his older brothers weren’t entirely convinced they wanted to pause their adventures to pose with the new baby. But we managed to capture a few moments of curiosity, affection, and that beautiful chaos! Since then, B has been doing an incredible job keeping up with his brothers—no small feat in a household that moves fast and plays hard! He’s already proving to be a tough cookie, holding his own and adding his own spark to the mix.

Family Session at the Reservoir

I always love sessions with this sweet, wonderful family—they are the kind of people who make my job feel like such a gift. Every time we meet up for a shoot, it is so great to be able to catch up. This family’s warmth, connection, and genuine love for each other always shine through in the photos, and it’s something I never take for granted.

Mini Session in Franklin Park

This session was one of my fall mini sessions in beautiful Franklin Park, and it was wonderful to meet this lovely family for the first time! We spent our short time together exploring the trails and soaking in the season. Mini sessions move quickly, but this one left me with so many sweet frames and laughs. I’m so glad I got to capture this moment in time for them amidst the beauty of fall in the city.

Fall in Franklin Park

I had the joy of doing two back-to-back mini sessions at Franklin Park—a beautiful spot with just the right mix of greenery, stone paths, and soft light filtering through the trees. This sweet family is always up for a little fun in front of the camera. This time around, A wasn’t feeling so well, but you would hardly know it. She was such a trooper—smiling and even striking a few poses when she had the energy.

W Turns 1!

I am quite far behind in blogging—if you're real-life friends with this sweet family, you already know just how behind I am. But better late than never, right? I've had the honor of photographing the Y family's boys over the years, and every session with them is so fun! Happy (belated) birthday, W! I'm so grateful to be part of your life!

Golden Light in Concord

We got the most magical light for this family session in Concord—soft, golden, and dreamy in that way that only happens for a few minutes at the end of the day. The glow lit up the fields and trees around us, creating the most beautiful backdrop for this sweet family’s photos.

Old North Bridge Session

It was such a joy to meet this wonderful family during our session at the Old North Bridge in Concord. This historic spot never disappoints—between the charming bridge, the open meadows, and the quiet trails along the river, there’s something magical about photographing families there. Each of the kids let their personalities shine through. Getting to know new families is one of the best parts of this work, and I’m so glad I had the chance to spend the afternoon with this crew.

80th Birthday

I had a wonderful time documenting this extended family's special gathering as they came together to celebrate a truly meaningful milestone—their father and grandfather’s 80th birthday. It’s always an honor to be invited into these moments, where generations come together to laugh, reflect, and celebrate the people who have shaped their story.

Newborn Shoot

I first met H and S when I had the honor of photographing their wedding—a beautiful, joy-filled day that marked the beginning of their life together. A little while later, I had the joy of reconnecting with them for their maternity session as they prepared to welcome their first baby. And then, just a few months later, I got to meet baby A during his newborn session. He was as sweet as could be—tiny, sleepy, and already so loved. It is a true privilege to follow families through their many seasons—from wedding days to baby snuggles, and all the beautiful, in-between moments. I’m so grateful to document and preserve these chapters for families like H and S. Here’s to all the milestones still to come!

Chelsea Maternity Shoot

It is such a joy to be able to follow a family through their major milestones. After shooting S&H’s wedding a couple years ago, they called for maternity shoot, and then later I will share A’s newborn shoot!

Welcome To Our World, W!

W, you have made our world a more joyful place!

Greenhouse Shoot

This wonderful family built an incredible greenhouse in their backyard. It provided the perfect backdrop for a photoshoot.

Welcome Sweet V!

It was so fun to see this family’s new home and see how R has embraced his new little sister!

Christmas 2022

We got some beautiful, uncharastically warm weather for this early winter shoot in the Boston Public Garden.

Fall on the Esplanade

The infectious joy of this sweet little one brought so many smiles up and down The Charles River Esplanade!
